Medical Franchises
A very interesting post at The Future Uncertain, about medical franchises, and how the future of medicine may look more and more like McDonalds. Not in terms of quality, but in brand recognition. Major hospitals already advertise to some extent, but it’s almost entirely regional. Many hospitals are at the same time making satellite locations (franchises?). This is certainly already the case...

Yay, happy new year! I wonder what fun things will happen in 2006, intel macs, nintendo revolution, windows mobile treo and other fun stuff I’m sure. I’m actually looking forward to sunrise from 37signals. I don’t know why, it’s a CRM thing, but maybe I can find some use for it depending on how multifunctional it is.
