Well, look at this. it has been news for a while, but in South Africa they may soon have an HIV+ muppet on their version of sesame street. now, any normal person would say, ‘well, that’s probably a good idea, people should be educated about hiv and how it effects people, and if you knew that 1 in 10 South Africans were HIV+ you might say, ‘well, absolutely, this is something that effects every citizen of their country, this group should be represented in their media, and education is important’. These would be normal responses. Thank god we have the republicans though, so we are not bored to death with normal sane responses to things. they plan on pulling funding for PBS unless the HIV-positive-homosex’ul-agenda-pushing-puppet is banned!
