ok, so i’ve been reading
ok, so i’ve been reading about web page design lately, and i feel bad that this page is completely non-valid… part of me says, “go ahead XHTML 1.0!” and another part says, “who the hell cares, no one reads this, i want a cookie” and the cookie part is winning out ;)
haha, here, i made a fun page that uses the the media attributes, and it’s valid! that’s my compromise.
I read that blog by the video store girl yesterday, i worked for a video store for about 3 years (!) but at blockbuster, it’s so incredibly different. i would think it would be more similar. To give you an idea of the differences, i was a manager, so i trained new employees. here is what we said, “we don’t tolerate sexual harassment of any kind, if you feel harassed please tell me or someone right away. and don’t think just because someone is a customer you have to tolerate harassment from them, customer or employee, tell someone.” also, at a big store you can be meaner, which causes much less problems in customer service…
