Well, it looks like where the US congress restricts the EU doesn’t. I guess we can only hope that US biotech can compete now. Not that the biotech companies aren’t transnational anyway, so the companies won’t lose out really, just the US workers. but on the bright side, at least the lawmakers won’t let us workers go to hell for cloning. :)
