Sidekick, Gamecube, etc.
Ok, so I have been reading the sidekick forums and recently they have made me want to wait a little while for sidekick. The things I was excited about were 1) the price, $200. 2) the ability to have third party applications, telnet, imap etc. 3) unlimited data. Those are not so real anymore. 1) only for new t-mobile customers, and I’m a loyal t-mobile customer, so I get screwed. 2) that was just a pipe dream apparently, for now anyway. 3) that is only for 1 year while you’re under the contract.
I still am very excited about wireless internet, and who knows, I may even get a sidekick sometime, but it won’t be very soon. Another thing I don’t like is, right now I have a pretty small phone. I like it because it fits in my pocket, and I can actually take it places. My brother and mom and dad have bigger phones and I see how much of an inconvenience that is for them. They constantly don’t have it with them, or they leave it in the car, a bag, etc. That is annoying, I don’t carry a bag with me all the time, if I can’t carry my phone in my pocket it’s no use. The sidekick would be my phone though, and it’s as big as a gameboy. What I would like would be the ability to keep my phone and use the same number. That may be possible by switching out the sim cards, I don’t know, I would be willing to do that though.
Anyway, since I had worked myself up for making a purchase, I bought a gamecube instead, I had sorta been wanting one, an dI like the games nintendo makes better than sony usually. (inside i am 7 years old, haha) It is very fun. I got Mario Sunshine, and Animal Crossing.
