Gay Sex

Well, thank goodness the SC did the right thing. In my mind I pretended I didn’t care, and wasn’t really following the ruling that much. A friend of mine reminded me on about monday that the ruling would probably be out today. Well, yesterday I forgot about it for a second and saw some mention about the supreme court on some website and my heart sank and I felt nervous all of a sudden. It sort of bothers me that it can have that effect. I think it’s annoying that it is having to be discussed at all.

I am also part of the camp that thinks the ruling for privacy is less good than one that would have fallen under equal protection, as this would have opened up legalized marriages etc. Some people think the ruling for privacy is stronger because it is more general, I don’t really see that being the case.
