This is a really good interview with Tim O’Reilly, Software licenses don’t work about how Amazon is going to take over. I love amazon and all, but I dunno. They’re not too friendly to competitors.
I think he is right though in saying that the value they have most is their software and the “critical mass” of customers that are giving them data.
