Well, this is terrible, ACLU filed a suit claiming a part of the patriot act was unconstitutional, apparently “suits regarding the patriot act are secrets”:http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A51423-2004Apr28.html because of the patriot act. Excellent.
