Vegetarian Chinese

We went to a really good vegetarian chinese place today for Kim, I think she had missed that sort of thing living in abilene for so long. So she was happy, that’s good. She usually has to just eat whatever the single vegetarian thing on the menu is in abilene, or salad or some crap. And she worked at outback steakhouse for god’s sake.

Anyway, that place was called “Wonderful Vegetarian Restaurant” and it was pretty good, they don’t have a website or anything though. We had a lot of dishes made from wheat gluten which I have never really had before, it’s good. I like it better than tofu I think.
