Purple Numbers

Well, that’s misleading as i’m not actually using numbers. But i’ve decided to use the purple number system. It’s a way to have anchor links to each paragraph, so you can more exactly talk about something. The final goal will also include something called transclusion, whereby instead of copying pasting and citing you could include a link to the “purple number” and your software would include this content and automatically update it when the original is updated.

I am using a WP plug-in for purple numbers from Open Artifact.

Update: oh jesus, hahahaha, ok, fine, i’m convinced. My ambivalence/boredom for a new toy should probably wait for something else.
