Declan McCullagh had an article on why the FCC should die a couple days ago, I had some reservations about it. Like what about public access programming? It’s actually not ini the majorities interest to hear jamacian music at 3am, and hear non-profit news broadcasts ever, so what happens to people like that? Will the airwaves be all profit all the time? Anyway, I waited, and the smart people at wireless unleashed had a lot more intelligent things to say.

The plan sounded simplistic for a few reasons I could think of, but theirs pretty much blow the plan away.
