Kerry and IP

Well, I’ve sort of been moving away from my total immersion in political news the last few weeks, as I have been immersed in wikipedia. Lessig is saying now that Kerry won’t good for IP issues now. That’s disappointing. Not that I really thought he would be. I see him as very mainstream Democratic, and they generally have a poor track recored on intellectual property. Not that the Republicans are that much better, but they don’t seem to initiate the legislation as often; although they vote for it just as quickly.
