Election

So, I took off work for the election, because I work 3-11 and don’t have access to a tv or anything I thought it would probably kill me not to know what is going on. So, people were hoping for a landslide. Some pollsters (Zogby especially) were saying it might be a Kerry landslide. I would have settled for a Bush landslide, although I would have been very disappointed. We didn’t get either. We have Ohio, where all the exit polling shows Kerry winning, and the counts from the diebold machines say Bush. With diebold’s president promising the state to Bush. We have legal battles in Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, and I’m sure others. It’s a mess, and who knows when it will be over.

Add to that 11 states passing amendments to their constitutions outlawing same sex marriage. Thank god that’s outlawed, or who knows what would have happened. So, I’m feeling like shit.
