Apple and Trusted Computing
I really want a response from Apple at this point regarding discussion that they will be using the TCPA/TPM DRM or Palladium digital rights crap.
I feel pretty much like Cory Doctorow in his discussion. My first computer was a Mac 512k, I haven’t bought quite as many as he has, but I have converted a few people in my time. This is a deal breaker. I will not by hardware with this in it, and I will be ashamed if it is true that Apple is leading this idiotic parade.
