Bush and Evolution

Well, Bush thinks intelligent design should be taught alongside evolution in science classes. Intelligent design if the euphemism for creationism, and has no meaningful differences. Why teach a non-scientific view in science? Well, science is the enemy of course, it makes you feel stupid sometimes, and people don’t like to feel stupid and small in a huge universe, and republicans pander to that. It’s sad.

I don’t really think the actual republican leadership has any real problem with science, it’s just sad that they would use their power to scare and pander to people rather than help them. I guess that’s what politics is all about though.
