Texas Marriage

Well, this is pretty funny. Due to unclear or mistaken wording the amendment in texas to try and ban gay marriage may end up annulling all marriages. Oh well, nice try I guess.

Sec. 32.
(a) Marriage in this state shall consist only of
the union of one man and one woman.
(b) This state or a political subdivision of this state may
not create or recognize any legal status identical or similar to
marriage.

I can’t believe that is an accident. So, who would do that? Gay rights people, or even some hardcore libertarians maybe. cute.
